Photos 2 pet portraits tutorial & brushes

Hi, here is my full tutorial on how to turn your pet photos into beautiful painterly style pet portraits.

This is a procreate tutorial you will need an ipad with procreate 5x + and a pressure sensitive pen.

We will first learn how i prepare and edit the photograph to get it ready to work with.

You will learn the full process as i take you from start to finish explaining my every move. I will explain the brushes im using (which you will also get) i will guide you through the whole thing and you will feel confident to tackle your own after the course.

I have supplied the specially designed brushes i use to create these artworks and the original photo i use in my tutorial so you can draw along with me and create your own.

You will learn how to make the correct fur strokes and how to deal with the tricky detailed features like eyes nose and mouth.

We will learn how to add depth to your picture with lights and darks again the brushes are provided for this. Also how to create simple complimentary backdrops that are universal and can be used on various paintings.

You will also learn how to add some simple gestures and details to really bring your paintings to life, like fur strokes, whiskers, eye shines, tongue wetness nose shine etc…
